Teriyaki Salmon Sandwich

1 to 2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise (adjust to your liking)
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (adjust to your liking)
6 slices sandwich bread
lettuce or spinach leaves optional
Cucumber slices optional
Shredded carrots optional
Make the salmon filling: In a bowl, mix the cooked salmon with Kewpie mayonnaise. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and gently stir until everything is coated and creamy.
Assemble the sandwich:Place lettuce or spinach on one slice of bread.Add a scoop of the salmon mixture.Layer cucumber slices and grated carrots or cabbage.Add a slice of cheese.Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
